Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of many well-known American cooking books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show has been running since 2002. Ina began to write policies and nuclear energy papers in the White House. While she found it to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she lost her interest in it and bought a tiny speciality food shop - Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years, until she made the decision to close it. She then began the first book. Then, a number of books were released and she also wrote columns for magazines. Her Food Network television program also debuted and quickly became popular. Additionally, she offers everything from equipment to cooking supplies and containers. Ina never went to an institution for cooking or was she employed in a restaurant. Her education is completely self-taught. She is well-known for her unpretentious style of entertainment as well as her simple food preparation. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
