Forbes magazine, in its August 2020 issue, ranked Addison Rae to be the most popular TikToker earnings worldwide. She is also one of the most followed people on TikTok. Apart from being famous for her work on TikTok Addison Rae is also extremely famous on other social media platforms, including Instagram YouTube and Twitter. In 2021, she made her debut on the stage with the release of the song Obsessed. It reached the top spot among New Zealand Hot Singles and the video ranked 6th on YouTube the day it released. Addison Rae received nods for high-profile ceremonies, such as the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards as well the Kids' Choice Awards.
